  The customer service I received from one worker was akazing.  He went above and beyond.  
  
  Two entrees with rice or noodles, and a eggroll or a drink comes at $14.  Seems bit high but it is an airport and with a drink, it is okay I guess.
  
  The food is absolutely nothing more than mediocre but the options are limited at terminal 2.

  After getting off the cruise ship at 9 am, we decided to go straight to the airport and waited for our flight at 4pm.  We checked in and went straight inside terminal 2. My wife saw Pick Up Stix and told me she wanted chinese food, something that wasn't served in the cruise. so i get in line  picked 3 items my wife told me to get, the first gal put a small scoop of rice and small portion of chow mein noodles, I asked for the thai coconut tofu, she put one scoop but no tofu lots of onions and bell peppers then she scooped the house chicken for my 2nd entree and pushed my container next to the other employee.
  
  The other employee closed my container without asking if i want 2 or 3 items. When i told her that i want kung pao for the 3 item, she rolled her eyes and smirked. That was very rude, i work in the restaurant industry and this was an unacceptable behavior.
  
  Now the price: if i will compare their portion and price to other chinese fast food, its like a kids meal but double the price for a 3 item entree. I can't believe they got the nerve to charge 16.64 total for the 3 item kids meal, drink was not included. I understand we're inside the airport but that doesn't mean they can take advantage of the passengers. Ridiculous service and price!!!! But what can i do if my wife requested chinese food!!! I gotta get it.
  
  Charlie Zhang, I wish you lots, lots and lots of luck! You will need it, since nobody in your company cared to read the reviews and correct it...we will never go back to any PICK UP STIX Again!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Absolutely gross. And it cost me $17
  
  Its getting ridiculous how places like this will blatantly steal your money and serve you a meal comparable to dog food. They know you have little choice since you are confined to an airport and they take full advantage of you. Never again.

  Worst of the worst food! Very very salty and greasy, I understand airport food pricing, but the portion here is way too small for the price. Stay away!!!

  If you've been traveling all day and you're hankering for some Asian flavor, this place will definitely do.
  
  The line can get pretty long, but it moves very fast so don't give up.
  
  Expect to spend between $12-15 for a meal depending on how many entrees you choose. They give you plenty of samples if you ask. And there is ample seating in the food court to wolf everything down so don't stress.
  
  Have a safe flight! :)
